Adjusting the distribution by league

We have two fundamental points regarding the participation of teams in the tournament of mathematical battles and accordingly – the division of the team in the leagues. This applies to the youngest and youngest leagues. So everything is in order.

In the youngest league participated at once 2 teams technical lyceum, which took respectively one team – 10 place, the other team – divided 14-18 places among 21 teams. Unfortunately, the representative of the Technical Lyceum at the meeting did not correctly provide information and both teams were excluded from the tournament. In fact, the best team wanted to take part in the tournament. I believe that children should not suffer from such inappropriateness.

In the junior league, the team of the School No. 85 expressed its desire to participate in the tournament. Their representative was not present at the teachers' meeting, as they had not yet figured out that the teacher could not necessarily take part in this meeting, but maybe just an adult who would represent the interests of the team. Since they are debutants, I think they can forgive it.

In the youngest league, everything is decided by agreement – since the teams become an odd number, the last two teams form a national team. It is formed by the teams of Gymnasium No. 178-1 and Rusanivskyi Lyceum-2.

In the junior league, when you add a U.S. Team No. 85, it's not that easy to change. They showed the same result with the team of Gymnasium No. 178. In the planned division, these teams fall into different leagues, which violates the sports principle. But all other divisions face similar problems. Therefore, I propose a fundamentally different division into groups. Details after the following distribution.

League splitting (project)

The youngest league (grades 6-7) – 18 teams

Lyceum "Leader"-5Rusanovsky face-3No178–1 + RL–2

The teams play 3 rounds in each group, while we will look for an opportunity to conduct the 4th round. There are options for this – the end of December, January, February or even March. I hope that the participants of this league will hold the 4th round with pleasure.

The competitions in Group A will take place according to a scheme similar to for all groups of 6 teams. 3 rounds with the desire to conduct the 4th. Group B will have 3 rounds within each subgroup – the first and the second. If possible, to conduct the 4th round – it will be decisive, they will play matching places in the subgroups – the first with the first, the second with the second…
